Plans are counted in units, not properties. A building with four flats is four units; a house you let as a whole is one.

Questions
What happens when the 14 days end?
You pick a plan, or you stop. If you stop, nothing you entered is deleted or hidden — it stays readable and exportable to CSV. What you lose is the ability to add new units, not access to your own records.
What counts as a unit?
A separately let space. Three apartments in one building are three units. A single house let to one household is one unit. Vacant units count too, since they still hold records and documents.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in two clicks from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations run to the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you drop below a plan that fits your portfolio you simply can't add new units until you're back under the limit — we won't remove properties you've already entered.
Do you take a percentage of my rent?
No. Rent is collected however you collect it today and none of it passes through us. If online collection launches it will be optional, and the pricing will be stated plainly before you switch it on.
What if I have more than 5 units?
Pro is €39 a month with no unit limit. Most owners we build for have three to eight, which is why Solo stops at five rather than two.
