Stegi the software is for owners who want to do it themselves. Some owners do not. If you would rather hand the whole administrative side to someone and see the result once a month, that is what this is — the same system, run by us, for a fixed fee per property.
Rent chased
We watch the ledger, and when a month is late the tenant hears from us rather than from you. You see who has paid without asking anybody.
Expenses recorded
Send us the receipt however it reaches you — a photo, a forwarded email, a paper bill — and it lands against the right property in the right category.
Dates watched
Tenancy ends, insurance renewals, tax deadlines. We tell you before the window closes, and what happens if it does not get done.
A report you can hand over
One statement per property per month, and a year-end export your accountant can file from. No spreadsheet reconstruction in February.
Tenants have somewhere to go
Maintenance requests and questions come to us. We pass on what needs your decision and handle what does not.
What it is not
- We are not a letting agency. We do not find tenants, show properties or negotiate rents.
- We do not hold your money. Rent is paid to you, directly, as it is now.
- We do not carry out repairs. We coordinate the person you choose, or help you find one — the invoice is between you and them.
- We do not give tax or legal advice. We keep the records your accountant and lawyer need.
What it costs
A fixed monthly fee per property, agreed before we start and unchanged for the year. It depends on how much is actually going on — an empty village house is not a four-unit block with tenants turning over. Tell us what you have and we will quote a number, not a range.
