Plans are counted in units, not properties. A building with four flats is four units; a house you let as a whole is one.

Pro costs more because it costs us more. Above five units the admin stops being occasional, and Pro is where we do part of it for you — finding the plumber, and answering you directly rather than through a form.

Questions

Is there a free trial, and do you need my card?

Fourteen days with everything unlocked, and no card. You reach the end of the trial having seen your own properties and your own numbers, which is the only honest way to decide whether this is worth €19 a month.

What happens when the trial ends?

The app goes read-only. Everything you entered stays, you can still open it and still export it — the CSV, the accountant statement, all of it. What pauses is adding and editing, until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.

Are the iPhone and Android apps extra?

No. The apps are included with every plan and use the same account as the website. Record a cost on your phone outside the flat, and it is on your laptop before you are home.

Can my accountant get what they need?

Yes. A CSV of the year's income and expenses per property, and a one-page statement as a PDF, both in Greek or English. Most accountants ask for exactly these two and charge less when they arrive tidy.

What happens when the 14 days end?

You pick a plan, or you stop. If you stop, nothing you entered is deleted or hidden — it stays readable and exportable to CSV. What you lose is the ability to add new units, not access to your own records.

What counts as a unit?

A separately let space. Three apartments in one building are three units. A single house let to one household is one unit. Vacant units count too, since they still hold records and documents.

Can I change plan later?

Any time, in two clicks on the Account page. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations run to the end of the period you've paid for.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. If you drop below a plan that fits your portfolio you simply can't add new units until you're back under the limit — we won't remove properties you've already entered.

Do you take a percentage of my rent?

No. Rent is collected however you collect it today and none of it passes through us. If online collection launches it will be optional, and the pricing will be stated plainly before you switch it on.

What if I have more than 5 units?

Pro is €39 a month with no unit limit. Most owners we build for have three to eight, which is why Solo stops at five rather than two.
