A spreadsheet, a photo of a notebook, bank statements, tenancy agreements, or a few lines in an email. Messy is fine.

We enter it
Properties, units, tenants, tenancies, rent received this year and the expenses you tell us about. If anything is unclear we call or email rather than guess.

You check it
We tell you when it is done. You look it over, and anything we got wrong we fix.

What it is not
